Halifax ALTA provides an extensive range of competitive programs from the developmental level through to the national level. ALTA has produced many high ranking athletes at the provincial, atlantic and national levels, in both our Men's Artisitic and Women's Artistic Gymnastics programs.

ALTA is also home to Ellie Black, who represented Team Canada at the 2012 Olympics in London, 2016 Olympics in RIO and the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo and helped the team achieve their historic All-Around 5th place finish. Both Ellie and Denelle helped Canada secure a team spot into the 2024 Olympics in Paris. They also have skills named after them in the Code of Points.
