CAMP INFORMATION

 

Camp Date: March 16th - 20th

​

Camp Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Early Drop off (8:30am) and Late Pick up (4:30pm) are available at no extra cost.

Eligible Age Group: Born between 2010 and 2020

 

 

 

REGISTRATION DATES

 

 

Early Member Registration Dates: January 12th (2pm) - January 16th (8pm) (only for children that participated in the Fall 2025 session or are registered for the Spring 2026 session)

​New Member Registration Date: January 19th (2pm)

CAMP FEES

 

 

Early Member Registration Fee: $400

(discounted rate is only available between January 12th and 16th for children that participated in the Fall 2025 session or are registered for the Spring 2026 session). Registration fee will be $450 for everyone, after January 16th.

Regular Registration Fee: $450

​

​

Activities: A variety of activities throughout the day including a lot of gymnastics, games, crafts, movies and open-gym time

​

Snacks/Lunch: Participants will need to pack a nut-free lunch and snacks, as well as a non-spill water bottle.

​

Attire: Gymnastics appropriate attire, long hair tied up.

​

Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee for cancellations on or before March 1st. There are no refunds or credits after this date unless it is a medical cancellation. Medical cancellations require a medical note and emailed confirmation of cancellation before the camp begins. There is a $50 cancellation fee with medical cancellations.
