Should I create a new account?

If you have never registered for any programs at ALTA before yes. If you have ever registered for programs DO NOT create a new account. Duplicate accounts create problems with students being placed in the correct levels and you will not have access to priority registration if you are currently enrolled.

What if I forgot my password?

Click on the parent login button and put in for a password reset. DO NOT create a new account as you will lose access to priority registration for currently enrolled participants and also create problems with correct skill group placement.

Should I login ahead of registration?

Yes! You should login and check that you are able to get into your account a few days ahead of time to ensure registration goes smoothly.

When should I create a new account?

If you have never registered for any programs at ALTA before we recommend creating your account a few days before registration opens to ensure everything goes smoothly on registration day.

If you utilize KidSport funding for classes please follow the directions below to get your participant(s) registered

Create a new account if you have never registered before. Any participants who have done any programs at ALTA before do NOT need to create an account
Current participants need to complete the form emailed to them by November 8 at 6pm
All others email us at altagymclub@gmail.com to get the link for the form. It is due by November 18 by 6pm

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees:

$25 per enrollment for classes cancelled on or prior to December 31st, 2026
$50 per enrollment for classes cancelled between December 31st, 2026 and January 10th, 2027
$100 per enrollment for classes cancelled between January 11th and January 22nd, 2027
After January 22nd, 2027 there is no refund or credit given after this date.

Classes missed for personal reasons will not be refunded or credited and make-up classes are not available.

Cancellations due to reasons beyond our control (weather, power outages, etc.) will not be refunded or credited.
Medical cancellation - to cancel with a medical reason, you will need to email a copy of a medical note. Refunds will be given from the date that we receive a request to cancel and a copy of the medical note. There will be a $50 cancellation fee and a refund will be given for the remaining classes.
