Class & Camp Info
Attire: Comfortable gym wear and bare fees. No socks or jewelry.
Hair: Long hair must be tied up.
Water bottles: Athletes should bring a labelled, non-spill water bottle with only water.
Nut smart: We are a nut smart facility- do not bring food containing tree nuts or peanuts
Washroom: There are washrooms under the stairwell and upstairs. Athletes need to let their coach know before they go to the washroom.
Athlete Behaviour:

Athletes are expected to interact and speak respectfully to coaches and other participants.

Only athletes in current class can be in the training area and on equipment as directed.

Athletes need to stay with the group and follow instructors directions.
Athletes who jeopardize the safety and/or interfere with the enjoyment and learning of other athletes will be removed from the program without refund if discussion with the athlete and family do not resolve the issue.
Safety: Safety of athletes is of utmost importance at ALTA; to prioritize this we do the following:

Directions: We are at 3360 Barnstead Ln. on Bayer Rd outbound, very quick right after Romans Ave.
Parking: Only park in the lot behind the gym. The front lot is for St.Andrews only.
Arrival: Arrive about 5 minutes before class and head upstairs to leave outdoor clothes and shoes. Coaches will call classes down when they are ready.
During Class: Please stay seated and rotate seats as needed to allow everyone a chance to watch. Please be respectful of others- we will ask for athletes to be withdrawn from the program if guardians are disruptive to the program or put others safety at risk.
End of Class: Athletes will be sent back up to the second floor and guardians need to be on time to pick them up as they will not be supervised once they are dismissed.
Photography: No flash photography for athlete safety.

Day of Class Cancellations: We will email, update our website and voicemail 902-453-2582 with any class cancellations (weather, power outage etc) as soon as possible.
Class Makeup: We do not off makeups for class that are cancelled due to causes beyond our control (weather, power outages etc) and those missed by members for personal reasons.
