2020 FALL REGISTRATION

**ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE ONLINE**

 ***Please read ALL of the information on this page BEFORE registering.***

Session Start Dates: Sept 11th - Sept17th

Session End Dates: Jan 15th - Jan27th  

(Start and end dates depend on your class day)

Fees: $290  (16 x 45 minute classes) 

*Only 1 adult (no siblings) per child allowed in the waiting area due to social distancing requirements. Preschool and Mini aged gymnasts are required to have one adult in the building during the class* 

HOW TO REGISTER

NEW MEMBER WITH NO ACCOUNT:

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT (Create account button located at the bottom of this page)

2) CONFIRM THE DATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates below)

3) ON THE DAY THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOU OR YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE / LEVEL APPROPRIATE. (VIsa or MasterCard payments only - Visa debits do not work)

4) IF YOU ARE RECEIVING FUNDING FROM KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART, YOU WILL NEED SEND AN EMAIL ONCE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER WITH PROOF OF YOUR FUNDING APPLICATION AND YOUR REGISTRATION REQUEST (email can be sent to altagymclub@gmail.com with Parent's Name, Child's Name, year of birth, all of your possible class options in order of priority - the more options, the better chance of getting in). YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL RESPONSE WITH THE OUTCOME OF YOUR REQUEST. 

NEW MEMBER OR CURRENT MEMBER WITH AN ACCOUNT:

1)  LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! If you are a current member and you create a new account, the system will not recognize you as a current member and you will not be able to register when it opens for current members. If you have forgotten your password, or cannot access your account, please try the forgot password link or contact the ALTA office for assistance (altagymclub@gmail.com). Try to log in at least a few days before registration begins to avoid any issues on registration day. 

2) CONFIRM THE DATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates below)

3) ON THE DAY THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOU OR YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS (Visa or MasterCard payments only - Visa debits do not work).

***FEES NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL, UPFRONT, IN ORDER TO BE REGISTERED IN A CLASS***

If you have applied for funding, you need to provide proof that your application was received.

REGISTRATION DATES / TIMES

Monday, July 20th (11am - 9pm)

Current Members who DONATED fees from Winter 2020

Registration will be open online from 11am - 9pm on July 20th for current members who donated fees from winter 2020. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must send an email at 11am or after with all information requested in the steps above.

Tuesday, July 21st (11am - 9pm)

Current Members who requested a CREDIT of fees from Winter 2020

Registration will be open online from 11am - 9pm on July 21st for current members who requested an account credit from winter 2020. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Your credit will be accessible online to use towards your payment. Please make sure to apply your credit before entering your credit card details. Those who have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must send an email at 11am or after with all information requested in the steps above.

Wednesday, July 22nd (11am- 9pm)

All Current Members  (Everyone who participated in the Fall 2019 or Winter 2020 programs)

Registration will be open online from 11am - 9pm on July 22nd. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must send an email at 11am or after with all information requested in the steps above.

Thursday, July 23rd (11am - 9pm)

Siblings Of Current Members (Siblings of all students who were registered in Fall 2019 or Winter 2020)

Registration will be open online from 11am - 9pm on July 23rd. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must send an email at 11am or after with all information requested in the steps above.

Friday, July 24th (11am)

Open To The General Public 

Registration will be open for all new members at 11am. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must send an email at 11am or after with all information requested in the steps above.

*If you log into your account in advance, you will be able to view a list of the classes offered in the Fall.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION TIPS

 

- Use Google Chrome or Firefox (Not Internet Explorer)

 

- Use a personal computer (Not a hand held device)

 

- If you don’t receive a payment receipt email AND class confirmation email stating that your child is active in the class, your registration was not complete and your child has not been registered in the class. If you are unsure, you can click on the “enrollments” link on the left hand side of your account and you will see a list of all of your current and future enrollments. Please double check your class confirmation email to make sure that your child has been registered in the correct class (age, day and time) and that your child is "active" (in the class) and not "wait"(on the waitlist). If you have registered before your specified registration date/time, your confirmation email is void.

 

- The classes are first come, first serve and spots are filled when payments are processed. 

- If you were on a waitlist for a class in the Winter 2020, you will need to register into a class or place your child on a waitlist again. The waitlists do not roll into the new session.

-If any of the classes don't reach the minimum number of participants required, the class may be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 PER ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES CANCELLED ON OR PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2020. THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT GIVEN AFTER THIS DATE.


*IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED REGISTRATION DATE/TIME, OR REGISTER INTO A CLASS THAT YOUR CHILD IS AGE INELIGIBLE FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER CHILD AND THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLASS. YOU CAN TRY TO REGISTER AGAIN ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION DATE ARRIVES.

 

PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE, PERTAINING TO YOU.
