All winter/spring recreational classes are full and the waitlists are closed. Summer camp registration will open up in April and we're hoping to do the fall registration in May. 2022 WINTER REGISTRATION

 ***Please read ALL of the information on this page BEFORE registering.***

          GENERAL INFORMATION

Session Dates: February 4th - June 13th   (Click Here for the Winter Schedule)  

Fees: $300 - 16 x 45 minute classes

Current Members: A current member is someone who is currently registered in a class. If you have registered your children in the past but they are not currently registered in the Fall 2021 session, they are considered new members. Current members are guaranteed their current spot until Friday, November 12th at 8pm.

If you have applied for funding, you need to provide proof that your application was received.

REGISTRATION DATES / TIMES

 

Friday, Nov 5th (11am) - Friday, Nov 12th (8pm)

Current Members Re-Registering In Their Current Class (Only for members presently registered in a class)

This is only for current members, continuing the same class that they are presently registered in. You are not eligible to register for a different class day/time during this week. Registration will be open online, starting at 11am on November 5th until 8pm on November 12th. You are guaranteed your current spot(s) as long as you register by November 12th at 8pm. If you are not registered by November 12th at 8pm, you will no longer be guaranteed your spot. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to send in a registration request via email between November 5th at 11am and November 12th at 8pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

*If you are a current member, hoping to switch class days/times, you have 2 choices:

Option 1) You can register into your current spot between November 5th and 12th as a back-up in case there are no other openings that work for you. When registration opens for current members trying to switch, a switching request would have to be sent via email to the office between November 15th at 2pm and November 16th at 8pm. Email requests will be processed in the order we receive them. (Ideal for people who can do their current day/time but would prefer to switch)

Option 2) You do not register into your current class and wait until registration opens for current members trying to switch and register online (opens November 15th at 2pm). If you wait, you are not guaranteed a spot. (Ideal for people who are unable to do their current class and can only do a different day/time)

Monday, Nov 15th (2pm) - Tuesday, November 16th (8pm)

Current Members Trying to Switch Days/Times (Only for members presently registered in a class)

Online Registration will open up at 2pm on the 15th and closes at 8pm on the 16th. If you are a current member and did not re-register into your current class, you can register online with Visa or MasterCard. If you have already re-registered and are looking to switch times, you will need to e-mail the office (altagymclub@gmail.com) on November 15th at 2pm, with your child's name, current class and which class(es) you would like to switch them into and we process the requests as we receive them. You can give your top 3 choices for switching to have a better chance of moving days/time. If we don't have space to move them into, we will place you or your child on a waitlist and will contact you if a spot opens up. If you register for your current class and then register and pay for a second class online and request to cancel one class, it will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be followed (cancellation policy below). Members are not guaranteed a different class day/time. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to send in a registration request via email on November 15th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

Thursday, Nov 18th (2pm - 8pm)

Siblings Of Current Members (Siblings of all students who are presently registered in a class) 

Online registration will open at 2pm and stay open until 8pm. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to send in a registration request via email on November 18th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

Monday, Nov 22nd (11am)

Open To The General Public 

Registration will be open for all new members at 11am on November 22nd. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Online registration is open 24 hours per day, starting at 11am. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to send in a registration request via email on November 22nd at 11am (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

 

*If you login to your account in advance, you will be able to review and accept any new policies and view a list of the classes offered in the Winter.

HOW TO REGISTER

CURRENT MEMBER (Currently registered in a class)

 

1)  CONFIRM THE DATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

 

2) LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! If you are a current member and you create a new account, the system will not recognize you as a current member and you will not be able to register. If you have forgotten your password, or cannot access your account, please try to reset your password or contact the ALTA office for assistance (altagymclub@gmail.com). Try to log in at least a few days before registration begins to avoid any issues on registration day.

3) ON THE DAY THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE APPROPRIATE (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). You are guaranteed your current spot from 11am on Friday, November 5th until 8pm on Friday, November 12th. After 8pm on November 12th, you are not guaranteed a spot.

4) IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART FUNDING, you will need to send in a registration request via email when registration opens for current members, with your child(ren)'s name, birthdate, and the class(es) you would like to register for (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID# or proof of application before registering. You will receive an email response with the outcome of your request.

NEW MEMBER WITH AN ACCOUNT: Registration Begins November 22nd at 11am

1)  CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT (Create account button located at the bottom of this page)

2) CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

3) ON THE DAY & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE APPROPRIATE (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). Classes are separated based on year of birth. No experience is necessary.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION TIPS

 

- Use Google Chrome or Firefox (Not Internet Explorer)

 

- Registering with a personal computer (Not a hand held device) is usually better. If you try on a desktop or laptop computer and it is not working, you can try to register on your phone or tablet.

 

- If you don’t receive a payment receipt email AND class confirmation email stating that your child is active in the class, your registration was not complete and your child has not been registered in the class. If you are unsure, you can click on the “enrollments” link on the left hand side of your account and you will see a list of all of your current and future enrollments. Please double check your class confirmation email to make sure that your child has been registered in the correct class (age, day and time) and that your child is "active" (in the class) and not "wait"(on the waitlist). If you have registered before your specified registration date/time, your confirmation email is void.

 

- If you have a class in your cart and you haven’t made a payment, you are not guaranteed that class. Registration isn't confirmed until payment has been processed and you have received a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt.

-Please ensure that the address in your account matches the billing address of your credit card before making your payment. If the address does not match, the payment will not go through and you will need to wait 15 minutes to try again. When you enter your billing address incorrectly, it will put a hold on your card but will not process your registration. If you try again before the 15 minute wait period is over, it will continue to put holds on your card but will not allow the registration to go through. All holds usually disappear within a week. If you enter the information incorrectly, you can try to pay with a different credit card immediately or wait for 15 minutes to use the same card.

-If any of the classes don't reach the minimum number of participants required, the class may be cancelled.

-THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING INTO AN INCORRECT AGE GROUPS OR  BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE PERTAINING TO YOU AND THAT YOU REGISTER INTO A GROUP FOR YOUR CHILD'S YEAR OF BIRTH. WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS ON JANUARY 27TH OR BEFORE

THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 PER ENROLLMENT FOR WINTER CLASSES CANCELLED ON JAN. 27th, 2022 OR BEFORE.

CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN JANUARY 28TH AND FEBRUARY 3RD

THERE IS A LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 PER ENROLLMENT FOR WINTER CLASSES CANCELLED BETWEEN JANUARY 28TH AND FEBRUARY 3RD, 2022

CANCELLATIONS AFTER FEBRUARY 3RD

THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT GIVEN AFTER THIS DATE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A MEDICAL CANCELLATION

MEDICAL CANCELLATION

TO CANCEL WITH A MEDICAL REASON, YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL OR BRING IN A COPY OF A MEDICAL NOTE AND SEND AN EMAIL TO THE OFFICE (ALTAGYMCLUB@GMAIL.COM) WITH A REQUEST TO CANCEL. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE DATE THAT WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION AND A COPY OF THE MEDICAL NOTE. THERE WILL BE A $25 CANCELLATION FEE AND A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE REMAINING CLASSES.

 

*CLASSES MISSED FOR PERSONAL REASONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

 

*CANCELLATIONS DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL (WEATHER, POWER OUTAGES, ETC.) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

*IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED REGISTRATION DATE OR TIME, OR REGISTER INTO A CLASS THAT YOUR CHILD IS AGE INELIGIBLE FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER CHILD AND THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLASS. YOU CAN TRY TO REGISTER AGAIN ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION DATE ARRIVES.

 

PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING INTO AN AGE GROUP THAT YOUR CHILD IS NOT ELIGIBLE OR BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE, PERTAINING TO YOU AND REGISTER INTO A CLASS THAT IS FOR YOUR CHILD'S YEAR OF BIRTH.
