2021 WINTER REGISTRATION

 ***Please read ALL of the information on this page BEFORE registering.***

          GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Session Dates: January 29th - June 7th   (Click Here for the Winter Schedule)  

Fees: $290 (16 x 45 minute classes)

Current Members: A current member is someone who is currently registered in a class. If you have registered your children in the past but they are not registered in the Fall 2020 session, they are considered new members. Current members are guaranteed their current spot until November 15th at 8pm.

 

 

***FEES NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL, UPFRONT, IN ORDER TO BE REGISTERED IN A CLASS***

If you have applied for funding, you need to provide proof that your application was received.

REGISTRATION DATES / TIMES

 

Nov 9th (11am) - Nov 15th (8pm)

Current Members Re-Registering In Their Current Class (Only for members presently registered in a class)

This is only for current members, continuing the same class that they are presently registered in. Registration will be open online, starting at 11am on November 9th until 8pm on November 15th. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email on November 9th at 11am (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

*If you are a current member, hoping to switch class days/times, you have 2 choices:

1) You can register into your current spot between November 9th and 15th as a back-up in case there are no other openings that work. When registration opens for current members trying to switch, a switching request would have to be sent via email to the office between November 16th at 2pm and November 18th at 4pm. (Ideal for people who can do their current day/time but would prefer to switch)

2) You can wait until registration opens for current members trying to switch and register online (November 16th). If you wait, you are not guaranteed a spot. (Ideal for people who are unable to do their current class and can only do a different day/time)

Nov 16th (2pm) - November 18th (4pm)

Current Members Trying to Switch Days/Times (Only for members presently registered in a class)

Online Registration will open up at 2pm on the 16th and closes at 4pm on the 18th. If you are a current member and did not re-register into your current class, you can register online with Visa or MasterCard. If you have already re-registered and are looking to switch times, you will need to e-mail the office (altagymclub@gmail.com) with your child's name, current class and which class(es) you would like to switch them into and we process the requests as we receive them. You can give your top 3 choices for switching to have a better chance of moving days/time. If we don't have space to move into, we will place you or your child on a waitlist and will contact you if a spot opens up. If you register for a second class online and request to cancel one class, it will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be followed (cancellation policy below). Members are not guaranteed a different class day/time. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email on November 16th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

Nov 20th (2pm - 7pm)

Siblings Of Current Members (Siblings of all students who are presently registered in a class) 

Online registration will open at 2pm and stay open until 7pm. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email on November 20th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

Nov 23rd (2pm)

Open To The General Public 

Registration will be open for all new members at 2pm. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Online registration is open 24 hours per day, starting at 2pm. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email on November 23rd at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

 

*If you login to your account in advance, you will be able to review and accept the policies and view a list of the classes offered in the Winter.

HOW TO REGISTER

CURRENT MEMBER (Currently registered in a class): Registration Begins November 9th at 11am

 

1)  CONFIRM THE DATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

 

2) LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! If you are a current member and you create a new account, the system will not recognize you as a current member and you will not be able to register. If you have forgotten your password, or cannot access your account, please try to reset your password or contact the ALTA office for assistance (altagymclub@gmail.com). Try to log in at least a few days before registration begins to avoid any issues on registration day. 

3) ON THE DAY THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). You are guaranteed your current spot from 11am on Monday, November 9th until 8pm on Sunday, November 15th. After 8pm on November 15th, you are not guaranteed a spot.

4) IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART FUNDING, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email when registration opens for current members (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID# or proof of application before registering.

NEW MEMBER WITH AN ACCOUNT: Registration Begins November 23rd at 2pm

1)  CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

4) IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART FUNDING, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email when registration opens for new members (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID# or proof of application before registering.

NEW MEMBER WITH NO ACCOUNT: Registration Begins November 23rd at 2pm

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT (Create account button located at the bottom of this page)

2) CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

3) ON THE DAY & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE APPROPRIATE (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). Classes are separated based on year of birth. No experience is necessary.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION TIPS

 

- Use Google Chrome or Firefox (Not Internet Explorer)

 

- Use a personal computer (Not a hand held device). If you try on a desktop or laptop computer and it is not working, you can try to register on your phone or tablet. 

 

- If you don’t receive a payment receipt email AND class confirmation email stating that your child is active in the class, your registration was not complete and your child has not been registered in the class. If you are unsure, you can click on the “enrollments” link on the left hand side of your account and you will see a list of all of your current and future enrollments. Please double check your class confirmation email to make sure that your child has been registered in the correct class (age, day and time) and that your child is "active" (in the class) and not "wait"(on the waitlist). If you have registered before your specified registration date/time, your confirmation email is void.

 

- If you have a class in your cart and you haven’t made a payment, you are not guaranteed that class. Registration isn't confirmed until payment has been processed and you have received a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt.

-Please ensure that the address in your account matches the billing address of your credit card before making your payment. If the address does not match, the payment will not go through and you will need to wait 15 minutes to try again.

- If you were on a waitlist for a class in the Fall 2020, you will need to register into a class or place your child on a waitlist again. The waitlists do not roll into the new session.

-If any of the classes don't reach the minimum number of participants required, the class may be cancelled.

-THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE PERTAINING TO YOU. Please see the cancellation policy for more details

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS ON JANUARY 21st OR BEFORE

THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 PER ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES CANCELLED ON JAN. 21st, 2021 OR BEFORE.

CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN JANUARY 22ND AND JANUARY 28TH

THERE IS A LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 PER ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES CANCELLED BETWEEN JANUARY 22ND AND JANUARY 28TH, 2021

CANCELLATIONS AFTER JANUARY 28TH

THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT GIVEN AFTER THIS DATE

MEDICAL CANCELLATION

TO CANCEL WITH A MEDICAL REASON, YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL OR BRING IN A COPY OF A MEDICAL NOTE. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE DATE THAT WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION AND A COPY OF THE MEDICAL NOTE. THERE WILL BE A $25 CANCELLATION FEE AND A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE REMAINING CLASSES.

*IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED REGISTRATION DATE OR TIME, OR REGISTER INTO A CLASS THAT YOUR CHILD IS AGE INELIGIBLE FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER CHILD AND THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLASS. YOU CAN TRY TO REGISTER AGAIN ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION DATE ARRIVES.

 

PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE, PERTAINING TO YOU.
