2020 WINTER REGISTRATION

 ***Please read ALL of the information on this page BEFORE registering.***

Fees: $290 (1 hour) - current members that register by 4pm on Nov 21st, pay $280

          $250 (45 min) - current members that register by 4pm on Nov 21st, pay $240

* CURRENT MEMBERS ARE GUARANTEED THEIR CURRENT SPOT UNTIL NOV 19 AT 8pm. AFTER THAT, THE SPOTS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

***A Current member is someone who is currently registered in a class***

If you have registered your children in the past but they are not participating in the Fall 2019 session,

they are considered new members.

HOW TO REGISTER

NEW MEMBER WITH NO ACCOUNT: Registration Begins November 25th

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT (Create account button located at the bottom of this page)

2) CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates below)

3) ON THE DAY & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOU OR YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE / LEVEL APPROPRIATE (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). Classes are separated based on year of birth. No experience is necessary with the exception of the Girls Advanced and Tumbling class.

4) IF YOU NEED TO PAY BY DEBIT, CASH, ARE USING AN ACCOUNT CREDIT OR ARE RECEIVING FUNDING FROM KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER IN PERSON (See office hours below). IF YOU ARE RECEIVING FUNDING, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE APPLICATION ID OR PROOF OF APPLICATION BEFORE REGISTERING.

NEW MEMBER WITH AN ACCOUNT: Registration Begins November 25th

1)  LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! If you have forgotten your password, or cannot access your account, please try to reset your password or contact the ALTA office for assistance (902-453-2582). Try to log in at least a few days before registration begins to avoid any issues on registration day. 

2) CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates below)

3) ON THE DAY & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOU OR YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE / LEVEL APPROPRIATE (VIsa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). CURRENT MEMBER (Currently registered in a class): Registration Begins November 13th

1)  LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! If you are a current member and you create a new account, the system will not recognize you as a current member and you will not be able to register. If you have forgotten your password, or cannot access your account, please try to reset your password or contact the ALTA office for assistance (902-453-2582). 2) CONFIRM THE DATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates below)

3) ON THE DAY THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOU OR YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). YOU ARE GUARANTEED YOUR CURRENT SPOT FROM 11 AM ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH UNTIL 8PM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH. AFTER 8PM ON NOVEMBER 19TH YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT.

4) IF YOU NEED TO PAY BY DEBIT, CASH, ARE USING AN ACCOUNT CREDIT OR ARE RECEIVING FUNDING FROM KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER IN PERSON (See office hours below). ***FEES NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL, UPFRONT, IN ORDER TO BE REGISTERED IN A CLASS***

If you have applied for funding, you need to provide proof that your application was received.

REGISTRATION DATES / TIMES

 

Nov 13th (11am) - Nov 19th (8pm)

Current Members Re-Registering In Their Current Class (Only for members presently registered in a class)

This is only for current members, continuing the class that they are presently registered in. Registration will be open online, starting at 11am on November 13th until 8pm on November 19th. 

*If you are a current member, hoping to switch class days/times, you have 2 choices:

1) You can register into your current spot as a back-up in case there are no other openings that work. Switching requests would have to be done through the office. (Ideal for people who can do their current day/time but would prefer to switch)

2) You can wait until registration opens for current members trying to switch and register online. If you wait, you are not guaranteed a spot. (Ideal for people who are unable to do their current class and can only do a different day/time)

Nov 20th (2pm) - November 21st (4pm)

Current Members Trying to Switch Days/Times

Registration will open up at 2pm on the 20th and closes at 4pm on the 22nd. Office hours are 2pm - 7pm on the 20th and 10:30am - 1:30pm on the 21st. If you are a current member and did not re-register into your current class, you can register online with Visa or MasterCard. If you would like to go on the waitlist for any classes that are full, please email your request to altagymclub@gmail.com. If you have paying with debit, cash or account credit, you must register in the office. If you have already re-registered and are looking to switch time, you will need to e-mail the office (altagymclub@gmail.com) with your child's name, current class and which class(es) you would like to switch them into and we process the requests as we receive them. You can give your top 3 choices for switching to have a better chance of moving days/time. If we don't have space to move into, we will place you or your child on a waitlist and will contact you if a spot opens up. If you register for a second class online and request to cancel one class, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. Members are not guaranteed a different class day/time.

Nov 22nd (2pm - 7pm)

Siblings Of Current Members (Siblings of all students who were registered in Fall 2019) 

Registration, both online and in the office will open at 2pm and stay open until 7pm. If you would like to put your child on a waitlist for a class that is full, please email your request to altagymclub@gmail.com. Anyone paying with debit, cash, account credit, or have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must register in the office. If you are receiving funding, you will need to provide the application ID # or proof of application before registering.

Nov 25th (2pm)

Open To The General Public 

Registration will be open for all new members at 2pm. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Online registration is open 24 hours per day, starting at 2pm, for those paying with Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to put your child on a waitlist for a class that is full, please email your request to altagymclub@gmail.com. Anyone paying with debit, cash, account credit, or have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding must register in the office. If you are receiving funding, you will need to provide the application ID# or proof of application before registering.

Friday, Nov 29th - 2pm - 4pm - Registration open to the General Public

 

*If you log into your account in advance, you will be able to view a list of the classes offered in the Winter.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION TIPS

 

- Use Google Chrome or Firefox (Not Internet Explorer)

 

- Use a personal computer (Not a hand held device)

 

- If you don’t receive a payment receipt email AND class confirmation email stating that your child is active in the class, your registration was not complete and your child has not been registered in the class. If you are unsure, you can click on the “enrollments” link on the left hand side of your account and you will see a list of all of your current and future enrollments. Please double check your class confirmation email to make sure that your child has been registered in the correct class (age, day and time) and that your child is "active" (in the class) and not "wait"(on the waitlist). If you have registered before your specified registration date/time, your confirmation email is void.

 

- If you have a class in your cart and you haven’t made a payment, you are not guaranteed that class. Registration isn't confirmed until payment has been processed and you have received a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt.

- If you were on a waitlist for a class in the Fall 2019, you will need to register into a class or place your child on a waitlist again. The waitlists do not roll into the new session.

-If any of the classes don't reach the minimum number of participants required, the class may be cancelled.

-THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE PERTAINING TO YOU. Please see the cancellation policy for more details

CANCELLATION POLICY

THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 PER ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES CANCELLED ON OR PRIOR TO JANUARY 24TH, 2020. THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT GIVEN AFTER THIS DATE, WITHOUT A MEDICAL NOTE. TO CANCEL WITH A MEDICAL REASON, YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL OR BRING IN A COPY OF A MEDICAL NOTE. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE DATE THAT WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION AND A COPY OF THE MEDICAL NOTE.

*IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED REGISTRATION DATE/TIME, OR REGISTER INTO A CLASS THAT YOUR CHILD IS AGE INELIGIBLE FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER CHILD AND THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLASS. YOU CAN TRY TO REGISTER AGAIN ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION DATE ARRIVES.

 

PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE, PERTAINING TO YOU.
